Mark me down as a fan of Guyer.
Also, last inning after Baez's bunt hit to load them up with 1 out and Ross coming to hit.....I'm bringing in Schwarber to PH and guarantee he gets to hit Bauer who is missing in the zone with fastballs. No one else was warming, no risk of Miller coming in. Contreras in to catch.
When Schwarber PH later on there is 0% chance of a better situation for him. I believe Francona and also Dave Roberts would've done it.
Rossy got in a run though and picked him up IMO

I hate to break it to you guys but the most arrogant umpire in baseball is behind the plate for game 6. Joe West is the worst. An ass. I will say that if anyone wants to be the ump to call a strike to end a World Series....it's Cowboy Joe West.

I know he is but this is Jon Lester and not some rookie who needs guidance throughout the game. And for 2-3 innings max. Schwarber is the biggest PH weapon on the Cubs x10 and Miller is that x10 pitcher.superman;1820336 wrote:Rossy is Lester's catcher. Outside of that, great idea.
