Santana is nothing from the right side of the plate.

Do yourself a favor get a job that pays better than 40k and and get a life outside of bowling green. You really need it. All those titles you have listed you weren't even alive or you were 5 years old. Detroit is irrelevant and their "city" (I use that term very loosely) needs Dan Gilbert to rebuild it. Must suck to know that your cherished "city" is dependent on Cleveland [emoji23]. Like I said Cleveland OWNS Detroit.

Also lol at you calling anyone a *****. You played golf in HS. You're the same guy who thought you were a hard ass because you played a round of golf with a cut finger. It must suck being a beta your entire life.
Haha I don't idolize Detroit I just support my teams. Also I don't live in BG anymore haha I've graduated and make more than $40k so I live in a nice suburb now.

As for superman I didn't list NFL championships because neither has won a Super Bowl or even gone.

Really though on the game baseball has to do something to speed these games up. Going to probably go 4+ hours once again in a 9 inning game. I checked on the 1997 WS and Game 2 was a 6-1 Indians win that was played in 2:48. Heck even that Game 7 that went 11 lasted 4:10. We're looking at 4 for a 5-1 game lol

Minor point, but if the catcher fakes a throw on a steal attempt in that situation it means he thought about throwing so it's not indifference, imo.

Shake it off and on to Friday.

Friday nights weather forecast in the windy city is just that from the high scoring direction! From the SSW at 18-20 mph, 63F, 5% chance of precip. And the #3 pitchers going and high scoring chances increase! Could be a 5 hr 9 inning game.

Hendricks is a #3 on paper alone. Might win a CYA this year. Tomlin won't last long enough to give up many Hrs

The national media's slobbering all over Schwarber is nauseating. It's cool he hasn't played all season and has three hits, but come on (Zobrist is the one killing the Tribe). It's well documented how inconsistent he is, so let's see if his hot bat continues (providing he can even play the outfield in Chicago) before we give him the 'MVP of the series' award...good lord.

On paper Hendricks is 16-8 with a 2.13 ERA and .979 WHIP for the year, averaging over 8 K's per game. Please explain? He isn't overpowering or flashy, but the dude gets it done...I'm assuming that's what you mean? He's a smart, location pitcher who doesn't make too many mistakes. For those who don't follow the Cubs, the early comparison you repeatedly hear is "Greg Maddux."

This series is shaping up to be a great one! Good luck on Friday!

Most annoying catcher on earth....his perpetual trips to the mound when absolutely nothing was happening added 30 minutes to last night's game. ;)

I'm trying to look at the positives.... Bauer hadn't really thrown for 2 + weeks....he shook off some rust. The BP guys got a workout and we didn't have to shoot Allen or Miller. I expect the pitching to be sharp the rest of the series.....at least for a staff that sucks.

His point was he's actually a #1 ace, who could win the cy young this year, but he's technically on paper the Cubs #3.

It wasn't a knock on Hendricks.

Hendricks I believe had the lowest E.R.A. in the NL....yeah, on most teams he is a #1.

At the stadium last night, the place was filled with Cubs fans...maybe as much as 30%. I sat in my season seats and was surrounded by them.
The dude next to me said he and his buddy's paid $5600 for their 4 bleacher seats.....it was a deal in their opinion 'cause the tickets for games at Wrigley are going for $6K.
he said, "man, it been a hundred years".

Well that was gross.

Twitter was entertaining, tho. If you don't follow Reflog_18, you're missing out.

Which could actually play into the tribes favor. But one thing for sure needs to happen and that's Santana, kipnis and Napoli need to fucking do something this series

I know exactly how frustrating that was to watch for the Tribe fans; it was a near role reversal from Game 1. I've never watched a game so melancholy from start to finish as I did in game 1....

I seriously hate that we are playing the Indians, I have way too many Tribe fans and too much respect for the organization.

I think we need Kluber to pitch Game 1, Game 3, Game 5 and Game 7.

That's 4 wins right there. Kappa.

Yep. Was responding to the #3 starters so lots of offense post. Saying Hendricks is far from a #3, so don't expect Tribe to score much, and Tomlin will be removed before he gives up a lot.

Definitely not a knock on Hendricks.

Thank you...I thought I was the only one actually expressing this sentiment--they're sucking right now!
