We stayed the whole time and we cheered the whole time, but it was brutal. And so many annoying Cubs fans around us. It sucks that so many Tribe fans sold their tickets to those assholes. We did have fun asking them about the piece of shit woman beater Chapman, though.
I feel much better about tonight, but my anxiety is still off the charts. Either way, can't wait to be there.
Annoying and assholes because they paid a premium to watch their team in the World Series? Annoying and assholes because they cheered for their team in the World Series? Or annoying and assholes just because you didn't like sharing Progressive with them? Please explain.
Funny how an entire fan base gets constantly judged because they support their team on the road unlike any other team in professional sports....even when they're a 60-70 win team. Kind of like Buckeye fans...I would think people in Ohio would understand the frustration with fan base judgement more than any other state. Sorry, I'm just sick of reading negativity about Cubs fans...we have our bad seeds (as does everyone) and the bandwagon may be a lot larger...but true Cubs fans are some of the most loyal and energetic fan bases in all of sports.
On to Game 7. Best of luck tonight! One drought ends, another continues in about 12 hours....
