Well once again sleeper has another day of making more money than all of you; and this time it was simply by not spending.

I'm also rich as fuck, so $2 spent for the remote chance of becoming even more rich as fuck doesn't matter to me.

Question, If you won and stayed in same city/town, would you hire security, especially if you had young kids?

I think it would vary if you lived in a big city or more rural small town.

They assign you security for the first few weeks, from what I heard.

I would definitely hire security beyond that though. Why not?

It's not to brag. I said none of you would win and none of you did. Congrats on winning your $2 back though!

I would be hiring a lawyer to set up a trust that would claim my winnings. I would remain anonymous.

Someone told me you can't remain anonymous if you win the Powerball..is that not true?

Hmmm, maybe things have changed. I just read that 38 of the 44 Powerball states require lottery wins to come forward to accept their winnings. But some of those other 38 states may allow you to create an LLC or Trust to claim the prize.

So I guess in some states it is not possible to remain anonymous.

If you can have anonymous winners, the threat of a fix becomes higher.

This is correct, and Ohio is one of the 6 states that allows anonymity.

I mean... why? It's not like they can just rob you of a few million.

I was thinking more of the lines of kids being targets for kidnapping/ransom.

If you were in a big city, probably not so much as you could blend in a little more with other rich people but in a small town where you are probably wealthier than everyone put together. I would definitely think about security assuming first I just wouldn't move away.

I was more thinking along the lines of someone trying to do physical harm to me or family members.

Being in a small town I'm not sure I could feel safe from all of the druggies and trash. Could move basically anywhere 6 months later and while you couldn't completely conceal being rich...you could conceal the ridiculous wealth.

thinking the same thing.......you would be a target for criminals big time.

THat and the annoyance of everyone riding your D@&* for money.

I would put all the money in a trust that cant be touched for any reason.

Living out in the sticks wouldn't be smart. Buy a ranch somewhere if you want country living through a trust and then the amateur thugs can't find you (along with installing state-of-the-art security).

Move to a full-service high rise in a major city and you're good. Plenty of people worth hundreds of millions don't go around with private security everywhere. Maybe the first year or two until you're forgotten about, then I think you'd be ok.

I can't imagine someone wouldn't move. I'd think everyone would want more property and a bigger house.

When I went to claim the prize I would wear a blond wig and fake mustache and go by the name "Billy".

Does this make sense to anyone? Payouts.
5 numbers without powerball= $1million
4 numbers with powerball= $50,000
4 numbers no powerball=$100
