Loving these short & sweet workouts. This morning was more of a circuit/Crossfit type deal as I did a tri-set of kettlebell swings, burpees & power cleans back to back with no rest. Did 3 circuits of this and finished off the workout with 8 Prowler push sprints. Shit blows you up. Done by 4:45am so that's cool that I'm done for the day.

I do two days of a powerbuilding (standard lifts: bench press, deadlift, overhead press with some ancillary work) type workout along with one more Crossfit based workout. Two of those days I do Prowler sprints and on my three "off" days I walk for 45 minutes. Eating Paleo/LeanGains fasting helps in that I don't need to expend as much energy for these workouts to get results but they are ass kickers.

I have a workout dilemma, I will be going away for business for two weeks and want to maintain during that time. No problem with the cardio, chest, & abs, but what can I sub in for back, shoulders, arms? I could take a set dumbbells with me, but what? I am thinking 30&#8217;s would work. For shoulders I can do pike press, for tris I can do chair dips & side tri rises. Any others with weights including anything for biceps?</SPAN>

Find a gym, or go to the hotel gym. Much easier.

Maybe, depends on time and locale.

Not likely. An exercise bike and elipticle are par for the course.

Do you have a portable pull up bar? You can basically do a p90x chest and back workout if you have that. Substitute lawnmowers and the heavy pants with pull ups

Not too worried about chest and back, it is shoulders and arms that I will have a problem with.

For arms just do the dips (chair dips, dips between benches, etc) for tri's and for bi's just do chinups (palms facing you). Chins are probably one of the best mass builders for biceps anyhow.

Company send us all step counters (yeah, I'm the last person in the company that needs one) 4100 steps counted during Insanity Plyo, I guess that translates to two miles. Whatever.

My old job made all their full time employees wear one for a month as part of some fitness campaign. One guy got caught putting his wrapped in a towel in the dryer at work on no heat lol.

This week has been hard thus far, not going to lie.

Monday - Yoga, did not do.
Tuesday - Core, kicked its ass
Wednesday - Kenpo, but thought it was Yoga. Didn't do either
Thursday - Was going to do Kenpo, but could not get out of bed. Had sex instead
Friday - WILL kick Core's ass
Saturday - Will not do Yoga

I have NO issue waking up to do the lifts, but the other stuff is getting increasingly harder to pull myself out of bed to do.
