I love doing the Yoga. I don't do Yoga Belly during regular weeks (I'm not killing my abs 3 days in a row)
I do the first 45 minutes of the movement portion, then skip ahead to the cool down at the very end.
I always feel so much better the next day after doing it. It kind of sucks after blasting your shoulders the day before, but you work the soreness out pretty quickly.
