LOL. I'm doing the regular right now. You're failing to incorporate everything else that has been said in this thread. Want to lose gut fat, Bevis.

gut fat is lost with diet - you can do ab ripper x all day, you're just going to build muscle under your fat and still have a gut. STOP DRINKING AND EAT CLEAN and you'll lose your gut, Butthead.

Don't do lean, stay with classic. Take out kenpo and add something worthwhile.

Who's the old woman in phase 2? She could suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

Went with the actual pull-ups today, then modified. Actually, most of them were modified, but definitely felt like I got more of a workout. Would do as many as I could in a row (not many), then would go to the ground between reps, then if I couldn't cut it, would use a chair. Wish I would have done this much sooner, but after tomorrow, I'm only half-way through.

As for Dreya. Got a better look at her face today, and wanted to screw Sophia much more, and Dreya much less. I think I was just focusing on Dreya's body, which isn't too shabby.

Thanks, I forgot about Cardio X, I think I did it once with a friend who was starting out.

So does Eric. At the cool down he goes in for a hug your neighbor and gets his green bean soup denied.

Not sure why you didn't, as he clearly states to do that in his videos.

Could barely do one pull-up when starting, so my goal was to start with bands and work my way up... which I'm doing, but I just wish I would have made this switch a little sooner. I don't regret starting with the bands.

Guys, I've decided my goal....

I need to grow 10" and gain 150 lbs of muscle.... but I'll get there someday

For real though, anyone watch the World's Strongest Man every year?

Damn, waking up at 4:30 on a Monday is never easy! But, I'm proud of myself b/c I did every rep in Ab-Ripper this morning for the first time. Scissor and mason were the ones where I usually didn't do the full 25 reps (50 with Mason).

I skipped plyo this morning and will run a few miles tonight. Did everything in my power to wake up at 4:30, but our toddler has hand/foot/mouth right now, and slept with us last night. Slept like shit.

Sounds like a game you'd play with your wife.

So the gym i go to has this device for rows. Thoughts on the difference between this and doing pendlay rows?

It's similar, but I personally like to stay away from machines as much as possible. Just my opinion though...
