Irving isn't a HOF; that's the point. He's had one or two magical seasons and earned the MVP trophy. I think because he owns the single season wins record and has shattered 3 point records you could argue he's a HOF at this point. Does that mean he's a top 25 player in league history? No. Top 26 at this point.Azubuike24;1795448 wrote:Again, I wasn't saying his first 4 years are incredible. Sleeper used them as a detriment, and I simply stated that other HOF'ers had similar starts.
Of course, if Steph doesn't continue this pace much longer, he's not even close. However, say he continues at this pace for maybe 5-7 more years. He's right in the conversation, especially if he's sporting 3 or 4 rings.

He a great shooter and scores in video game like style. But damn man, people need to go back at some of the scoring seasons MJ put up. For an entire damn career. He isn't close to best offensive player ever.

Let me know when you realize that no ref is ever going to make 100% perfect calls every game.

Still can't believe the Spurs lost that game last night. Incredibly anti-Spurs of them.

Never claimed I was perfect. Relative to other NBA players, his effort on the defensive end is poor at best.Commander of Awesome;1795512 wrote:Let me know when you're perfect. Thanks.

He's the first unanimous MVP and just won his 2nd MVP on his way to a 2nd title and a pillar in his community. Why is that not good enough?sleeper;1795515 wrote:Never claimed I was perfect. Relative to other NBA players, his effort on the defensive end is poor at best.

NBA determined that the refs missed two calls in the final 2 minutes, both in favor of OKC. Those two calls led to 5 OKC points.

Imagine if they got those calls correct. The game most likely would have lasted 4 hours.sportswizuhrd;1795524 wrote:NBA determined that the refs missed two calls in the final 2 minutes, both in favor of OKC. Those two calls led to 5 OKC points.

about 45 minutes later...Ironman92;1795428 wrote:Watched about 3 min of Spurs/Thunder and had to turn it. It was unwatchable with the bitching (Parker, who didn't foul but Duncan smacked Westbrook in the face but Parker bitched for 2 minutes)....then Westbrook bumps Parker on defense and Parker flails like he was hit by Ray Lewis.

Feel like this Toronto - Miami series has been going on for a month. I thought for sure Toronto was going to blow it earlier.

Portland up by five at halftime. Thought they'd be down by 20 by now. Still think they lose by double-digits.

Draymond literally got pissed about a call. Swung his arm and hit and injured an official. They did nothing. Lol.

They never do anything. I think every game he runs down a ref after stomping all over court in protest. Nothing ever happens.
