I don't get the "can't execute per reason of insanity" thing at all...let's clean up the gene pool a little and execute more of the truly bat-shit crazies and maybe we'd have less of this bat - shit craziness.

So in another SCOTUS ruling (they've been busy the last few days), they said it wasn't a violation of the first Amendment to not allow the confederate flag on license plates.
I bring it up just because the group filing suit is called "Sons of Confederate Veterans"....which begs the question - just how old ARE those bastards?
