I said it from Day 1 when LeBron came back.....Cleveland would be better with a more traditional PG. Who though?? I have no idea.

Kyrie is great, fun as hell to watch. But when he doesn't have it going he brings the team down offensively and defensively.

I think you put Lebron at PG like Miami and trade KI for a strong SG. It's fairly apparent that having 2 iso players doesn't work.

Hey guys...

LeBron worked out with D Wade in Miami today. Guess who's going back to the Heat???

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Wade come to Cleveland in his last years to play with Lebron again on vets minimum deal.

Lebron leaving Cleveland without winning a championship would be very surprising.

I don't know what would be more surprising...Lebron leaving, or Wade taking a Vets min deal?

Wade isn't going to get another contract worth a damn in the next few years. Maybe Miami throws him a bone to let him "retire a Heat" by giving him a massive contract but giving how their owner is cheaper than a bag of trash I don't see that happening. Wade will be available in the next few years for bottom of the barrel prices and why would he play anywhere other than with Lebron and a chance to win another ring?

If the Cavs don't win a ring with Lebron this year, I would probably be indifferent if he did go back to Miami.

In my eyes, this is the year they win it or it doesn't happen. LBJ's talent "window" is starting to close and I think the Warriors are going to be a championship caliber team for the next few years. Love LBJ as a player, but athletes generally aren't like "fine wine."

I disagree. The Lebron window will be open for a few more years.

The bigger issue is do we have the right players in place during Lebron's window? We don't have much flexibility anymore to bring in a top talent or really shake up the roster and honestly don't really know if the team can ever be competitive against gSW.

So you don't think LeBron will alter his game as he ages? You're high. He has 4-5 more years left of dominance.

I'm sure he will alter his game but I also don't see him being a Kobe Bryant type and sticking around the league longer than he should. He's not going to get better as he gets older. Some of his stats, which all of you guys LOVE to cite, are already regressing in some areas. It was never an argument as to who the "best player in the game" was but I think he's been passed by Curry.

I also don't think he has "4-5 more years of dominance." Maybe 3 years at a very high level.

This isn't ALL on him though. I don't think he has the pieces OR coaching around him to win a ring if they don't somehow scrape one out this year. Maybe the GM figures it out but by then I'm betting it's too late.

As you guys say, "time will tell."

Look up some of his stats. If it's a Game 7 against the Warriors and they are down by 2 and they go for a game winning 3, guess who is the LAST person I want hoisting that shot? Pretty sure his % from close in (layup type shots) is also down.

I'm not going to go back & forth on this all night. As I said, "time will tell." I'm hoping they win a ring while he's here but if I HAD to bet, I'd say they won't. Hell, I'm not even confident they make it to the Finals this year. Not saying they won't, just saying not confident they will.

Pretty sure BR is hammered tonight. It's the only explanation for some of the shit he's saying.

Did you feel that way when he took the shot against the Bulls in game 4 of their series last year?

What stats?

Remember a few years back and you said he didn't want the ball in crunch time because he was afraid to go to the foul line. This is the only year they can get a title? lol

His stats have regressed. Have you seen his % on 3 pointers? It's .284 which is the worst since his rookie year. He's not good from long distance.

No, not pulling "shit out of my ass." His FT % still isn't very good at .714.

It's one man's opinion. If you're not a blind "homer", you're not part of the "clique."

As I said, time will tell. Let's just see if they win a ring while he's here. If they do, I'll GLADLY eat crow, but if they don't, you guys are the homers that are going to look like dumbasses. And I'll be one of the happiest people here if they do win it.

You'll be one of the happiest people if they win a championship, but while times are a little rough right now, you're all "these guys aren't winning anything, they should trade Kyrie he's a cancer, these guys aren't mentally tough!"

You are basically the worst type of fan.

Where did I say "trade Kyrie, he's a cancer?" I just don't think his style of play necessarily meshes with Lebron's. I think LBJ & Love would benefit more from a facilitating "pass first" type of PG where KI is more of a shooter.

This group has some great "individuals" but, unlike GS & SA, they are not a great "team."

And because I'm critical and don't slobber all over them like the rest of the group I'm the "worst type of fan?" Got it.

You're an insufferable fan. Period.

You get overly emotional and say some of the dumbest "sky is falling" shit when things are going bad, but then you say "I'll be the happiest fan if they win a championship" as if you're some kind of super fan.

And then you even sprinkle in a little "holier than thou" bullshit and always say "well sorry I'm a realistic fan and you idiots don't see what I see!"
