The jackass that chaired the committee this year said during the selection show when asked that with the First Four it does not violate a rule, it's just not anything that ever had to be dealt with until this year. It was always known that it could happen, it just took this many years for them to have to cross this bridge.

Aren't they generally well-attended, or even sold out anyway? It's not like there are ton of seats in UDA.
