Presscott, if Okafor, Winslow, and Jones don't graduate from Duke I will be very disappointed.
You can claim that Duke is now a one and done factory, however it extends only to basketball. Those three will likely be back every summer (save Olympic years) for the next three to five years, getting credits necessary for graduation. I can't speculate on other schools to know if they are doing the same thing, but I hope they are. I know Vince Carter finished up at Chapel Hill two years ago and was proud that he made the personal commitment to doing so.

If the players who exited the program early have no intention of graduating, then I share your sentiment but having watched Gerald Henderson and Kyrie Irving struggle through 5 and 8 week summer session courses, I will maintain that Duke is not a one and done factory.

John Wall, MKG, Anthony Davis, Brandon Knight, and several others have continued courses at UK, as well. That doesn't make them any less of a one and done factory.

Let's be honest, whether he stays in college for one year or for three, the number one goal of any kid with NBA talent is to get to the NBA. This whole argument is vain.

What it all boils down to is one poster's displeasure of Duke winning the championship.

Duke plays within the rules just like Kentucky. Kentucky fans know who and what they are......Duke fans need to come to the realization that the Blue Devils are a OAD factory just like Kentucky. ... Accept what your program has become...... Those Duke fans who criticized Calipari for his recruiting practices will now have to be quiet because their revered coach has chosen the same path.....Why? because winning trumps all. I hope that the Duke fans didn't get hurt falling off their high horse.

You're still whining about this?
