It just shows the standard each team has set. The Steelers had a down year and they barely missed the playoffs. The Browns had some positives in beating the Steelers and closing on a win streak only to achieve 5-11, which is still crappy and last place in the division.

Not trying to be a dick, but I think they have some work to do to get on the level of Pittsburgh or even Baltimore, when you look at the consistency. You want to go 10-6, 12-4, 9-7 and not 3-13, 10-6, 5-11.

Holmgren will do well, he's been successful everywhere.

I would say they might have a problem with Holmgren and Mangini. Both guys seem like "their way" kind of guys. I could see Holmgren getting rid of Mangini and coaching himself or hiring a true disciple.

Looking like we're gonna have to go the trade route or start making offers to tendered players. Bannan signed with Denver and Kevin Walter re-signed with Houston.

Told ya no free agents want to come to Cleveland. Even though you have God Holmgren running things. Cleveland is what it is.

Laughable. Free agents will follow the money -- period.

It's always been that way and won't be changing anytime soon.

Exactly. It is always about money. To be honest, it isn't like the Steelers ever sign many highly touted free agents...they just draft better.

I've stated my opinion about Ben. So instead of mentioning it on every one of your posts, just get over it.

Now that's fuckin' HILARIOUS! I think you are the last person on this forum that should be mentioning ANYTHING about someone else posting the same thing over and over! Funny..now that it's someone on YOUR team..we need to get over it. LOL

Hypocrite much?

Can someone please keep us up to date on the Browns free agent signings? I mean this is your year isnt it? An uncapped year, deep pocket owner, best GM in the world, and the best president of fb ops in the league. List them here:

Aaaahhhhh...there's the unoriginality we've all come to expect from you! LOL You have a criminal under center you should concern yourself with before you worry about any other team. ;) We don't need no stinkin' free agents! We beat the 6 time Champions last season!

Dude seriously Capone, I live near Shitsburgh, and it is WAY worse than Cleveland. They have a great hockey team and a mediocre football team (and the worst baseball team in the history of the MLB), but the rest of the city is crap. What exactly is there in 'burgh. I mean Cleveland has the best team in the nba, our baseball team is better than the pirates every year, (ill admit the past decade the steelers have spanked the browns, but there certainly have been decades where the browns were dominating the steelers). Clevaland also has the rock and roll hall of fame, the cleveland orchestra, the cleveland museam of art, a museam of natural history, the cleveland clinic hospital. My point is, Cleveland is a much greater city than Pittsburgh.
