Unfortunately, the kid was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and doesn't need football to continue living the life he is accustomed to. If he needed football, I would be much more confident that he will eventually "get it". I know you think I'm a Hoyer lover, and a hater of Manziel, which isn't true at all. I defended the pick of Manziel at #22 because I seen him as a boom or bust QB, and it would've been good value if he was even a decent QB. My dislike of him only started when rumblings came out that he wasn't putting in the work, and it seems he never will.Footwedge;1690266 wrote:After thinking about this for a few hours, I think it's time to get rid of all 3 of them. Their trade value is lower than what it should be, but for the best interest of the team, it's time to cut bait. And the one that pisses me off the most...Manziel...there I said it. I still think the guy is an incredible talent, but given all of the extenuating circumstances. he truly is a fucking idiot in getting so shitfaced that he couldn't honor his responsibilities on Saturday.
If he grows up, he will get a great opportunity...somewhere. I'm thinking that he will never grow up.
