Great game to watch so far. MSU leads 28-27 with 1:18 to go in the 3rd quarter.

Sparty trying to push the Big Ten's bowl record this season to 4-2.

would be a big pickup for MSU.

I flipped by and they said there were some security issues surrounding Texas Tech? What's all that about?

Any one else sick of the announcers love affair with Texas Tech, you would think Sparty wasn't even in the game listening to them, and I am an Ohio State fan so no dog in the fight. That said I will root for the Big Ten

darby,

I didn't hear them say that, so I'm not sure what that's about.

I haven't watched every second of the game, but I've watched most of it. Haven't seen anything out of the ordinary. Maybe they were making some comment about the Leach/James situation.

they talked about Ruffin McNeil heading to the locker room with a chorus of boos at halftime, and James walking with a heavy contingent of security and a hostile verbal barrage from Texas Tech fans... at least Sparty is in the game... I didn't give them a chance...

Big INT by MSU. Would be nice if they could put together a nice drive here.

Ok. That makes sense. I didn't realize the fans were giving him that much trouble though.

MSU pulls out the throw back pass for a nice gain, but called back for holding.

Hope that doesn't cause the drive to stall.

3rd and 12 and you run it? Not to sure about that one.

MSU settles for the FG..they lead 31 -27 with 8:05 to go.

Not so sure the 4 point lead will hold up.

I don't know who to root for! I picked Texas Tech to win in the Pick Em contests, but this would be another great victory for the Big Ten this bowl season. I'm so lost :(

I picked Tech too, and I'm only one game out of first in the Free Huddle group, but I'm rooting for Sparty.

I'm willing to sacrifice a loss for the good of the Big Ten's reputation.

big hold there by Tech, Sparty is pulling out all the stops knowing they need to score TDs instead of FGs

Really wish NWestern and Minny wouldn't have blown their games. The Big Ten has played really well in all its games, but those were both heartbreakers.

I thought the X-rays were negative on his non-throwing hand. Oh well, glad they have to put the back-up in.

One thing that can be counted upon is that, no matter who their coach is, Michigan State will find a way to blow a game in the end.

Pretty sure Tech is gonna get a TD here, but I hope not.

Hope Sparty can put together a drive if they do.

Cousins needs to take 'em back down the field.

If MSU scores, it had better not leave Tech more than 25 seconds.
