Agree with those on Hawk. He was a two down LB 3 or 4 years ago. Now he's pretty much a no down LB. Major liability in pass coverge.

Anytime you can replace a past pro bowl TE with a guy who's caught 3 passes last season you gotta do it.BR1986FB;1708457 wrote:James Casey coming in for a visit....

Meh. Cameron's a hit to the noggin away from not being able to count to potato plus he supposedly doesn't want to be here. Casey isn't the best option but Cameron's far from reliable. Let him walk.Commander of Awesome;1708467 wrote:Anytime you can replace a past pro bowl TE with a guy who's caught 3 passes last season you gotta do it.

Depends on what Cameron wants. If he wants a big deal, lol in his face. Not super upset about Cameron going, but I like to keep homegrown guys.BR1986FB;1708480 wrote:Meh. Why are Cleveland fans so obsessed with Jordan Cameron?? He had a good 7 games to start 2013 and that's about it...

I'd prefer to keep talent too but if he supposedly turned down a decent offer from the Browns, let him go. The name "Courtney Brown" was brought up on here earlier. Cameron reminds me of him from the offensive side of the ball. Flashes of brilliance but can't stay healthy.Commander of Awesome;1708485 wrote:Depends on what Cameron wants. No big loss if we let Cameron walk IMO. I know the Browns won't draft him 1st round or even 2nd, but I think Maxx Williams is going to be a really good one. Big and athletic. Browns have more pressing needs though, but I'd love to have him.

Williams is a beast, he's the complete package. But Cameron types are replaceable: guys who excel at creating mismatches based on athleticism and catching the ball but are below average blockers.
In 2013, Cameron finished 56th among 64 qualified tight ends in run blocking per PFF.

If they sign Mc35 years old, it means to me that they will start a young QB and Mc35 years old will be the back up mentor.HighRoller74;1708658 wrote:http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ssf/2015/02/cleveland_browns_trying_to_sig.html

Yeah, bringing in a 35 year old McCown is head scratching to me.Sonofanump;1708699 wrote:If they sign Mc35 years old, it means to me that they will start a young QB and Mc35 years old will be the back up mentor.

Why, I agree, they basically said Cleveland is obvious, let's select the next five.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1708757 wrote:For discussion sake, this is BS

He's 6' 2". Not sure the team would know what to do with that size.BR1986FB;1708802 wrote:Would anyone have interest in this guy?

Hoping he was signed to be the veteran backup. Knowing the Browns, he'll be under center week 1.

I think we all know he's going to be our starter until week 7 when the FO finally succumbs to the fans and bench his fucking ass. Loser is a loser. Seen this story TOO many damn times: Delhomme, Dilfer, DA, Garcia, Weeden....Mulva;1708934 wrote:Hoping he was signed to be the veteran backup. Knowing the Browns, he'll be under center week 1.
