I can see that. I'm not on the Glennon blows bandwagon. What I like about him and Mallet is that they have the tools necessary to make all the throws. No other QB in FA or what we'd get in the draft after the top 2 options have that. Glennon is still young, and any way you slice it is a significant upgrade over hoyer. He may not have the leadership that Hoyer has, I'm not sure. Don't know how you measure that without being in the huddle.

Jacoby Jones released by Ravens. With Ginn and Jones available, the Browns have to get one of them to improve the return game.

The thing I like about the two you mentioned is the fact that they are bigger QB's. That doesn't necessarily equate to "good" but I'd like a big/physical, strong armed QB like (gulp) Roethlisberger instead of these dainty little bitches (McCoy, Manziel, Frye, etc) that they've been trotting out there. That's part of the reason I liked DA & Weeden. Their accuracy & intelligence just sucked.

I don't really see how we'd be any better with Sanchez or Glenn vs Hoyer.

I would take Mallet, may not as a start though. The upside on Mallet is still a mystery.

The QB can be 4'9 for all I care. Just complete passes to our wide receivers and stay relatively sober. Lol

I don't know, maybe the fact that Sanchez "managed" two teams to the AFC Title game? Put a stellar defense & running game behind him and he's fine. He also has a better arm than Hoyer. Regardless of what's behind him, I don't see Hoyer leading a team to the AFC Title game.

He also seems to throw like 20 interceptions /year from what I remember. I don't know if you need that type of "management" for this Browns team.

Hoyer wasn't exactly "Mr Ball Protection" down the stretch last year.

Yeah he sucks. Again, I just don't see how Sanchez is better for this team.

In the long term, none of these guys are "best for this team." Sanchez, to me, is just the shiniest turd.

Also wouldn't be upset if the Browns kicked the tires on AJ Hawk, and Reggie Bush.

Both of whom can still play, and would help this team out.

Yeah, I wonder how expensive those tires are going to be though.

With the age of both, it wouldn't break the bank by any stretch, especially considering the room we have.

LMAO when was the last time you actually watched the Packers play besides the playoffs? Hawk hasn't been worth a damn for the last 4 years.

Hawk couldn't be a worse fit considering how much athleticism we require from our linebackers.

My packers fans were dancing through the streets when hawk got cut.

And it's -2 degrees out in those streets.

No thanks on Hawk. Dude hasn't been good for a long time. There is a reason a SB caliber team doesn't want him anymore.

Well hell those numbers look pretty bad lol.

Might've just been the OSU homer in me. Still think he'd provide a solid depth as the 4th ILB.

Which part of "worst player" makes you think he'd be solid depth. lol

I think Bush hooks back up with Pete in Seattle. He would add a new dimension to the Seahawks' offense. They were pretty successful together once before and I don't think he would be a bad fit there.

Damn killing me tonight lol.

I just don't think he's done in the league, yet.
