Seriously. If BR's only goal for this season is to win 1-3 games to tank for a QB yet to be named then he might as well take his "i've never been to a game" attitude and extend it to the television as well. Hypothetically speaking, if the Browns made the playoffs you would have to be one miserable fuck not to be satisfied with that season.

Inb4 BR selectively doesn't comprehend "hypothetically" and tells us there is 0 chance of the browns making the playoffs.

So you fully expect the Browns to have Less than 3 wins this season?

You think this is the worst team the Browns have fielded in the history of the Franchise, right on par with the Expansion team?

The Browns should have at least three division wins.

Hey BR, still waiting on an answer. Week 1 is just a little over a week away. Feel free to answer anytime. Unless of course you have "left" the site again for good.

Was kind of surprised to hear Bowe needed to play well to make team tonight

I think the Bears may actually have a more lame 3rd down sound effect/pump up bullshit than the Browns, and we're fucking unoriginal as shit about anything involving marketing or fan experience.

If we cut Bowe, I'm going to be ticked. Not because he's a stud or anything, but he IS one of the best wide receivers we've got. Seems like cutting him would be a typical Browns move, though, so that's what I expect to happen.

Pryor with some Zone read action so far. 2 carries about 10 yards. However he is throwing some blocks.

Also, Thad Lewis is garbage.

Ummm. If we cut him, then he wouldn't be one of the best WRs we have.

Um, sure he could be. It would mean that we cut him even though he's better than another WR that we chose to keep for whatever reason. More than likely, the reason would be youth, special teams ability, etc.

You make it seem like the Browns are notorious for this. Name a time when we cut someone who then went on to prove he was the best we had?

Charles Johnson last year.

But I get your point, it's not often. We're so devoid of talent the usually anyone that isn't a complete piece of garbage usually makes the squad.

Browns waived WR Vince Mayle.
A fourth-round rookie, Mayle was labeled one of the worst picks of May's draft, and quickly proved his detractors right by turning in an absolutely brutal preseason. A sub-par athlete, Mayle's hands are made of marble. It's a lethal combination for someone trying to play receiver at the highest level of football. The Browns are the worst team in the league at evaluating receiver talent. Sep 5 - 4:24 PM

I'm really nervous about this whole QB/RB situation. Does any other team have a worse combo than us?
