Wow. Footwedge is in rare form today. Ignorance on how the playoffs work, wanting players who have battled nagging injuries this year to play every game down the stretch because they "only work about 7 frickin hours per week". This is Hall of Fame worthy.

How many hours a week do you work? Coddle to these players is a joke. I don't have a problem cutting minutes, but to pine all the starters is a fuggin joke.Heretic;1720647 wrote:Wow. It doesn't matter pea brain. The Cavs would host Portland in the finals today. They have a chance to host EVERYONE out there in the West with the exception of Golden State. Yeah. but let's bench all our starters and play game 7 of the finals on the road. The Cavs are so much better on the road vs. at home.Al Bundy;1720603 wrote:I know playoff scenarios aren't your strong point, but Portland is a higher seed because they are in first in their division. The Spurs are currently the 6th seed.
I'd rather be 4.5 point favorites than 4.5 dogs when it's all on the line.

I agree with FW. Don't sit the players when you have something to play for.

Yeah they have a chance to host everyone but GSW, but it's the same chance as you solving something math related correctly: .00001%lhslep134;1720554 wrote:The Cavs are 1.5 games behind the Clippers and Spurs with 3 games remaining for those teams and 2 games behind the Grizzlies and Rockets with 4 games left for them and the Cavs.
The Rockets play the Spurs and the Grizzlies play the Clippers and the Warriors.
It's highly improbable we'd jump even 2 of those teams, let alone all 4. I'm not even sure we'll jump one of them but with the Grizzlies' remaining schedule and the Rockets playing the Spurs I suppose jumping one of them is reasonable to think.

No one plays 7 hours a week. Many starters are only 150 minutes in a week that has 4 games. I know this will be over your head, but 150 minutes is 2.5 hours.Footwedge;1720599 wrote: they only work about 7 frickin hours per week.

Moz, Love, and Bron havent played at all in the 4th. Have to assume they are done and Blatt gave the Celtics this game. Not a problem with it though. Would rather play them than the more talented Nets.

Hearing we may sit LBJ, KI, Love, Shump today. If so, should be a total shit show, and I expect JR to challenge his record.

I hope so. Bring up some D league guys and let them get some playing time. I think Joe Harris could bring some solid contribution to the team next year.HighRoller74;1720929 wrote:Hearing we may sit LBJ, KI, Love, Shump today. Cavs will open against either the Celtics or Brooklin as Milwaukee clinched the 6th seed today. Boston's magic number is 1 with 2 games to play. Bring on the Celtics.

Rooting for the Nets to beat the Bulls tomorrow. They are at home and are desperate to stay in the playoffs. A Nets win tomorrow and Raptors win Tuesday would seal the 3rd seed for the Raptors.

Charge are in the playoffs, can wrap up first round on Tuesday. My guess is that they will keep Harris up with the team and send him to South Dakota for Game 3 of their series on Wednesday and then back to Cleveland for regular season the finale on Thursday...I know what some will say though, F a D-League team. Ok, well than they definitely work more than 7 hours. If your definition of work no longer includes just game minutes.Footwedge;1721014 wrote:I said "work" 7 hours a week asshole....not play 7 hours a week.

I did a twitter search yesterday and ended up reading comments for almost an hour. Celtics fans were going nuts about yesterday. I'm pretty sure half of them had no idea who the cavs had on the court.Fly4Fun;1721085 wrote:If you want a laugh, the ESPN comment boards for the last Cavs Celtic games and related articles are full of Boston fans takling about how the Celtics are hot right now and are going to beat the Cavs proven by the last two games.
