Ehh, I expect a sweep but won't be stunned if Boston pulls out one win. Two wins and I'd be a little concerned.

I'm not concerned. If anyone watched the game vs Detroit... that was the LeBron I expect to see in the playoffs. He had a greater focus than I've seen all season. He was making a conscious effort to grab rebounds, defend, and involve his teammates by creating open looks (not that he didn't all season, just to a lesser degree IMO). If the best they've got to put on him is Jae Crowder... game, set, match.

The Boston "fans" mindset was to let Lebron "get his" and lock down the other guys. That Kyrie, Love, JR, etc couldn't beat them.

lol, not many teams can prevent Kyrie from "getting his." He's got the best handles in the NBA.

Yeah, when I first saw that person post that I thought "well, duh...there aren't many PG's as good as the Pistons great" until I realized it was the other Thomas.

It was very funny to read because the homerism in Boston is strong.

Kyrie will be in the same class as the original Isaiah Thomas when it's all said and done.

For the Celtic fans...the Cavs are 43 to 1 to win the series at Pinnacle Sportsbook.

Correction...now 50-1 Cavs on the series. Also, the Warriors are now the favorites to win it all...not the Cavs...which wasn't the case for the last 2 months.

Hey guys, found out I can't go to the game tomorrow. Any of you interested in tickets? Selling them below Flash Seats asking prices. PM me if interested.

I know that numbers are tough for you and sometimes you struggle with understanding them so how it works is that when odds are the exact same, neither is a favorite over the other. They're co-favorites.

Cavs odds 11/5
GS odds 11/5

In Toronto this weekend so I can't go tomorrow, but if the same situation comes up again let me know.

Don't know where FW bets at (I think its 5dimes), but on sportsbook the Warriors odds are slightly better. +190 (19/10) for the Warriors and +200 (2/1) for the Cavs.

Will do, Pick6. I'm definitely going Tuesday since I can't tomorrow, but I'll prob post on here if I ever can't go. Would prefer for some true fans to get to use them for the title run!

You sir are a fucking idiot. You really are. Against the field of course the teams are not the favorites. But the team with the shortest odds are the Warriors...not the Cavs...which is a huge swing from what it was just a couple weeks ago. By pure definition, that makes the Warriors the favorites. And I've viewed multiple books...virtually all have the Warriors as the favorites. No math classes in law school I take it.

Both of them at 11/5 is what I've seen everywhere. Can you link the places that have the Warriors as the favorites?

This.

Even if one or two random places have the Warriors slightly ahead, which I haven't seen, when the vast majority have them as co-favorites I wouldn't call one the favorite over the other. Especially when there are places that even have the Cavs as favorites.

They don't have Dion, so it should be better.

I am a little nervous. Haven't had this type of feeling in awhile for Cleveland sports. It is great.

I feel it too. Been looking forward to this day since Lebron announced The Return, esp so bc all of the BS from the regular season becomes meaningless.
