My posts were the way they were to make a point. Obviously I didnt think Waiters was the GOAT and Kyrie was trash (I mean, seriously?).SportsAndLady;1719843 wrote:Try too hard? Probably took like that 5 minutes to find YOUR posts. Lol just admit you were 100% wrong on waiters AND kyrie.

Find me posts where I specifically said Waiters is amazing (not just one game) and Kyrie sucks (not just pointing out he had a bad game) or any combination of the two and I'll leave this site for good.

1) It doesn't matter if there's a specific post explicitly saying those things because you clearly implied them anyways, as evidenced by Like_that's post. If you don't understand how your posts implied that which you're asserting you never explicitly said, then I suggest refresher courses in the English language and logic construction.Pick6;1719846 wrote:Find me posts where I specifically said Waiters is amazing (not just one game) and Kyrie sucks (not just pointing out he had a bad game) or any combination of the two and I'll leave this site for good.
2) no one cares if you stay or leave; just that you hold yourself accountable. If you want to leave, do it. But don't make empty threats, especially when your whole spiel is that you never explicitly stated what you so clearly implied.

Yeah I would definitely eat crow on this one. Remember that time I said Ohio State was still going to win the title even after the loss to VTECH? Yeah I ate fucking zero crow on that one. EZ.

I didn't say you specifically said those but you implied it all the time back when waiters was with Cleveland. Don't even deny that you didn't. Every single time waiters had a good game (which was like 4 times), you'd post something like likethat posted above. Every single time kyrie had a bad game (which was like 4 times) you'd post something like likethat posted above.Pick6;1719846 wrote:Find me posts where I specifically said Waiters is amazing (not just one game) and Kyrie sucks (not just pointing out he had a bad game) or any combination of the two and I'll leave this site for good.

So no you didn't specifically say it, but your constant posting on the two players whenever it fit your agenda certainly deserves a "in hindsight I was wrong on my feelings towards both players."
But you can't do that because apparently this means too much to you.

I think we should move on. Pick6, eat your crow and let's get back to discussing why Cleveland is the best team in the NBA and will win the championship this year.

Brooklyn seems to be ramping up at the right time. What a weird team they are... I mean, Brook Lopez was almost traded at the deadline. Deron Williams was relegated to backup PG duties for some time behind Jarrett Jack. Joe Johnson is one of the more consistent guys on their team, and he makes me a bit nervous, but even he tends to go silent at times. Yet, they're one of the hottest teams in the NBA. I don't like matching up with teams like that, because if they get hot and confident, they could give us more run than I'd prefer in the first round. I still think we'd beat them, but I'd rather not play extra games until later in the playoffs if possible. Keep LeBron's legs as fresh as possible.

If we couldn't defend the rim a mobile Brook Lopez would maybe scare me, but I think we'd roll BKN.

We would beat the Nets in 4 games.

I agree that we would beat them, but over their last 11 games they're 9-2 with wins over Milwaukee (6th in the East), 2 over Indiana (1 game out of playoffs), Charlotte (2 games out), Cleveland (2nd in the East), Toronto (4th in the East), and Portland (4th in the West).sleeper;1719907 wrote:We would beat the Nets in 4 games.
Again, I think we would beat them, but to say that they wouldn't give anyone a run is ridiculous.

I was not implying that Waiters was the GOAT and Kyrie was trash. For the umpteenth time, my point was that Waiters was far from the only problem (see acquired talent, depth, a center, Lebron playing hurt, acclimation period) I have no problem admitting I'm wrong. For you or anyone to even think that i meant Kyrie was trash when I've watched nearly every game of his career is beyond idiotic.lhslep134;1719855 wrote:1) It doesn't matter if there's a specific post explicitly saying those things because you clearly implied them anyways, as evidenced by Like_that's post.
