I was wondering when someone was going to take a chance on Thomas. Everything I've read is he wouldn't be granted eligibility to play this year. Would the steal of the draft if he does end up getting to play though.

What the typical waivers are granted for do not apply to Thomas. He is about a clear cut transfer as you can get.

I would imagine not being cleared this close to the season is a bad sign, but with 3 bench spots and 3 drops why not take a shot?

Average 0 points, can't be replaced in my opinion. I think he should get until the end of the draft to decide if he wants to take another available player or keep a bench spot occupied all year.

Thomas was a beast on Houston. Honestly, I don't see him being amazing on Texas. Good, but not dominant. With that said, he's not in the player pool yet, so he's not yet eligible. I will update Fantrax if/when he is added. If you choose to take someone else, let me know Mulva. Otherwise, it will just be an empty spot.
