I say we just mandate everyone gives their number to someone lol. It helps a ton for goon, turtles and wizurhd that the 4 of us can text each other picks or that we are up etc.

I mean, it's 2014. I'm sure everyone here has a smartphone. It shouldn't be difficult to take literally 1 minute to check the thread every 4 or 5 hours. If you see that you're up in the next few picks, check more frequently.

A fantasy football draft takes like 3 hours. Especially with fantrax providing player rankings this year, we should have been able to knock the whole thing out in a week at the absolute max. Time limit needs to be cut wayyyy back next year.

I understand people not being able to check during work. Hell, if I am on air Friday and Saturday, I am off my phone from 7am until 5pm. I could have a death in the family and not know.

Your overall point is well taken though, and I agree.

This was the main guy I couldn't believe was still out there. Especially since he'll probably end up playing a lot of PG this year. Could be close to an 18/5/5 guy.

Lol I was pretty pissed when you said there were other guys out there cause I had Summers and Newbill on my list to take next haha. Can't believe I got both.

I've texted Laley... he texted me a guy last night but I don't know if he still wants him or not.

Yeah, that's crazy, haha. Essentially somebody could have a span of three days to make a pick lol. A four to six-hour timer max next year and no extended timer for back-to-back picks are absolute musts and would really speed the process up.
