They showed a view that you could see it. Cutoff man got the ball a split second before the runner was at third. I agree with that. As I remember, just after the ball was misplayed by the wall, it looked like Gordon was still about 30' from 3B, a lot less further along than I thought he'd be, and it looked like he was losing speed fast.Ironman92;1668846 wrote:In my head he had a chance....watching the replay I don't think so.

The thing I got out of that replay is the 3B coach never left the coaching box. I would have thought he would have been down the line and waving Gordon around and forcing a throw.
