He was among dozens of journalists — many of them freelancers without the formal backing of a news organization — who disappeared in 2012 and 2013 in Syria.

I saw the video as well. I couldn't image being one of the two families of the men in the video. Honestly though this shows how crazy these people are and how much they hate America. Fuck them let's go back over there and do it right this time.

You got it BR...I've never quite grasped the concept of trying to make radical jihadist countries into democracies. Even if the the landscape up top is a radioactive wasteland that oil down below is still good and usable. Let's start gettin sum.

I'm sure the majority of Muslim's are a peaceful lot but it only takes a few. The Germans were probably very peaceful people too but it only took one to start Nazi Germany.

I'm sure of this too. However there is a sizable percentage that believes in this stuff. It is much more than the "lunatic fringe". I don't doubt that most Muslims see peace in their faith. However there are clearly aspects of it that many millions interpret into hate and violence.

I have to believe a decent amount of those ISIS flag sightings are just people being idiots and not really the bad guys.
With that said though..........I think it is just a matter of time before something hits us at home, again.
