Thom Brennaman brings up the running up the score argument... I wonder what the Huddle thinks? I'll reserve comment...

tons of 15 yard penalties in this one

It's no surprise that they are running up the score. I mean, it's still Urban Meyer's team....

Of course it's running up the score, but that's what they do.

so that's one vote for yes...

although I have to admit that was an athletic move on the last one to get in the end zone... maybe better than Knowshon Moreno's original hurdle...

If this was week 9 of the regular season I might have more of a problem, but Florida has the right to play their seniors. More than a few will probably be done with football for good.

It would be interesting what the score would be if Florida's defense didn't quit at halftime.

it would be interesting to see what would have happened... 51-24 will look like a blowout to the guy who has no clue or didn't watch the game but picks up the paper tomorrow morning, but we all know they just got their shit rocked

Cincy was not the number 3 team.....
I'd say TCU is 3 and Florida 4.

Florida going classless with not pulling out their starters in the 4th.

I think he's about to pull them; they just called timeout.

At least I hope he does. If Cincy really wanted to be classless they could start taking shots @ Florida starters still in the football game

To think UC actually came pretty close to being in the NC game. What a Joke.
The Big East should be replaced by the Mountain West in the BCS.

There is a reason people call it the Big Least. It is just an awful football conference.

I think auto BCS bids are terrible for any conference, but the Big East absolutely does not deserve one.

Cincinnati had a fine season, however, they were not going to beat Florida if they armed each player with a hunting rifle. Florida was just too good and Tim Tebow played lights out. I for one, believe that Tim Tebow will make a fine NFL player and as much as I really don't care for the Gators, he is a class act and a truly great football player. Uncalled for hatred and jealousy are very evident when Tebow's name comes up and for some reason, there are those who want to run him down. I don't get it. We just can't seem to be willing to admit that the young man may very well be just as good as he seems. I think we ought to have a sign up sheet on here for all those that think that Tebow will be an absolute bust in the NFL. we'll have a two year time period and then go back and check those that said he wouldn't make it and see how he did. I know what I'm betting on.

Perhaps Cincy was a tad bit overrated. Ok, seriously overrated.

Maybe. Or maybe UC just matches up horribly against a team like Florida. Might have done better against another BCS team. You can't look at one loss and say so and so is overrated.

But you can look at the schedule and see the correlation between average or worse defenses and UC wins, compared to a big time loss and an elite defense.
