Well the US is roughing 72% white and 13% black so I would think those committing the murders of the cops would fall along those lines....right?

700 WLW has this old black retired bus driver on the air sometimes, sensible Don they call him. He was on the radio this week saying he racially profiles whites. He said he lives in a predominantly black area, and when he see's whitey he knows why they are there....to buy drugs. He said he has called many a time and the cops show up and bust the offenders. Sounds like a typical OWS protester who clearly isn't very bright and is here mainly in a desperate attempt to be relevant and important in this world. Notice ONE person - the white male do-gooder - is being excessively aggressive and shouting profanity after profanity.
Also like white girl do-gooder near the end that walks-up hesitantly and lightly kicks the barrier - that's going to be a great story to try to impress her liberal friends.

Plenty of training and, with Ferguson, recent experience in such matters. Can't be easy to get control of such a situation without escalating - you never know if some banger or mentally ill person in the crowd will start shooting at you (or even throwing bottles and rocks). Appears a few of the protesters didn't appreciate that - the cops don't have riot gear on and, guessing since they were at the station, most of them probably weren't wearing vests.Pick6;1691267 wrote:officers handled it a lot better than I would.

Of course trying to storm a police department building and then being asked to leave already negates any sympathy. I would have just warned the crowd to leave and given a 10 second countdown with pepper spray in hand. Saw the gun and took it from the car, the guy disobeyed numerous clear orders to stop reaching and NOT to get out of the car. They were talking about the NJ case on my local radio station yesterday morning. The guy who was killed? Was in prison before, for shooting 3 (IIRC) state troopers.

Meanwhile, the FBI investigation into Darren Wilson found no evidence of civil rights violations. The Justice Departrment is escpected to formally clear him soon.
