Obviously they are not credible since there is no forensic evidence to support that he had his hands up when shot. You must have missed all 3 autopsy reports that came to the same conclusion.Commander of Awesome;1685320 wrote:There are 16 eye witnesses who say Brown had his hands up.
You're right. Whether or not his hands were up at the time the cop shot him dead, Eric Gardner was choked to death by a police officer, or the cop that was basically fired from Independence police department, only to be hired by Cleveland Police Department so he could shoot and kill Tarmir Rice is really the main issue here.TedSheckler;1685367 wrote:Obviously they are not credible since there is no forensic evidence to support that he had his hands up when shot. After the incident, city medical examiners concluded that Garner was killed by neck compression, along with "the compression of his chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police".WebFire;1685417 wrote:False.

You're right. We should give cops the right to use nukes on ppl that mouth off.gut;1685422 wrote:MILLIONS of people who cooperate are arrested every year without incident.
But neither the medical examiner, nor the medical doctor hired by the family, said anything about asphyxiation as a cause of death. If you were choked to death, the cause of death would be asphyxiation due to neck compression. That was not noted in the autopsy.Commander of Awesome;1685419 wrote:After the incident, city medical examiners concluded that Garner was killed by neck compression, along with "the compression of his chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police".

I see this cited from time to time, so I went back and read the actual article. It basically spells out why Hitler was so significantly dangerous in 1938 and how he may become more dangerous in years to come. I think they called him "Person of the Year" based upon the influence he was having and not because he was a "good" person. The Time article is actually quite disparaging.FatHobbit;1684801 wrote:1938, time person of the year:Adolf Hitler

Probably because you aren't allowed to kill cops?"It is not all policemen," she continued. "But when these crimes happen around the country, nothing ever happens. When police officers are killed on duty, their killers get convicted. These families want justice."
Ok, next time I arrest someone, I will let them know they don't have the right to an attorney because that would give them time to collaborate...Madison also called for changes in a grand jury process that he said gives police officers "paid vacations" when they're being investigated for possible felonies, allowing them long periods of time to collaborate with police union lawyers so the officer can tell the story to a grand jury "from his counsel's perspective."
So now its guilty until proven innocent?Speaking to the crowd of demonstrators in Washington, Tamir’s mother, Samaria Rice, called for an indictment of the officer. “Let that officer get arrested and bring him in front of a criminal jury so he can have the opportunity to prove his innocence and we can prove our justice,” she said.
