A lot more than he should. I can almost guarantee he gets that 40m back that he opted out of.

Conservative estimate for me would be 3/50

Wonder if the S&T will happen with them sending Boozer to the Lakers.

Interesting. I'm curious to see who else they sign if (when) they don't match Parsons. I like Ariza on that team as a more athletic person to fill Parsons' 3&D role.

Hey rob, still claiming to not be a heat fan, and just a fan of the game?

Parsons is more than a 3&d player. He averaged 16 pts, 4 ast and 6 rebounds. That's a player that contributes in all aspects of the game, he isn't just someone who stands in the corner shooting 3s, he can facilitate the offense for short periods of time, etc

Jason williams played for Miami in 2005, he likes jason Williams hence the "55". But lol you really went that far as to search a heat forum user list in order to post that here? O.o

No actually. I was looking for the post where he claimed to be have always been a heat fan back in 2010 when I called him out for being a jock sniffer to LBJ (Jpake and him went on and on about how they've always been heat fans, etc...) since he's def going to try and join the Cavs bandwagon this season.I can already see him saying, "I'm a fan of the game and always been a fan of LBJ" bs. Search of Robj55 heat fan returned that. Thanks for trying though.

Ariza averaged 14.5, 6, and 3 HUGE DIFFERENCE lol. And that was in a more isolation heavy offense. He'll slide right into Parsons' role. Their offensive ratings were 113 (TA) and 114 (CP).

Ariza is just as well rounded on offense (even outshot Parsons 41 to 37 % from 3) and a better defender than Parsons at 3/5 the cost.

Seriously though, trying to call me a stalker for typing in Robj55 in google and presenting the first link I got was his username on a heat? That's a weak pathetic argument.

Trevor Ariza historically is a 9-11 PPG player (career average of 9.7 PPG). Only twice in his 10 year career has he averaged more than 11 PPG. Last year was by far Trevor Ariza's best year. He is a career 34% 3PT shooter, only once in 10 years has he broke 40%. To think you are gonna get 14,6 and 3 again is quite a stretch. He will most likely miss around 20 games as well.

By contrast, you'll get 72+ games from Parsons, a 15 PPG scorer that shoots 47% from the field and 37% from 3. You'll get 1 more rebound per game and 2 more assists per game. There is a reason Parsons will get paid almost 2x per year than Ariza ( all though I think they are both gonna be about 20% overpaid)
