What do the Heat do now? They have a lot of cap space. Obviously Wade will get a max deal but they could still sign another player to the Max and then some if they wanted.

I don't think that's how it works, unless restricted FA is different. Honestly the Rockets are now a strong contender with the addition of Bosh and by keeping Parsons. That's 3 top 25 players on the same team + Mr. Top 26 himself.

The Rockets should do what they can to keep Terrence Jones. He's a perfect compliment to Bosh and had some monster games last when he got extended PT. He, Montejunas, Hamilton and Nick Johnson. They probably need a cheap big. It's not a terrible bench if they can keep Jones.

If Dwade comes back, the Heat won't be a lottery team. They won't be great, but it is crazy to believe they won't make the playoffs in a very poor East

Depends who else they sign, and how much time Wade will miss next season. He won't play more games than he played this year.
