One thing I think people are looking past with the Cavs is the fact that we have Miami's first round pick next year. If LeBron leaves Miami, that pick could be a lottery pick very easily. So not only could we have LeBron for this season and compete, but we could STILL have a lottery pick next year even if we make the playoffs.

The longer Miami waits to sign some free agents, the more danger they are in of losing control of this situation. Considering there was so much excitement leading up to free agency, though, it's been a boring couple of days.

Those picks are protected from the top 10 until 2017.

I can complain all I want about shelling out 50 clams for an NBA game...and that is for the nose bleed section. And...in relative terms...I am RICH!! LOL. Put a championship caliber team on the floor and I'll probably donate a time or 2. Just because the market will bear Uncle Drew making 90 million, doesn't mean I have to get on board with it.

Basketball players are grossly overpayed...almost as bad as baseball players. Only NFL players are worth that kind of jack.

So you have a problem paying to see a team who at least has had competitive playoff teams in the past 10 years, but have no issue paying more money to go see the Browns who have had 1 good team since moving back to Cleveland? Got it.

$50 for nosebleeds at a Cavs game. You must be going to the wrong scalper. I got playoff tickets for the Cavs when LBJ was there for $30 in the nosebleeds the day of the game

I don't know what to think. The second I start believing Lebron is coming back, he'll re sign in Miami and Cleveland sports will let me down again.

Read a ton of that dudes tweets. Hard not to be excited, even if it leads to let down later. However, also reading tweets from Schefter that Bosh's agent is reaching out to other teams confirming that there are still max deals available to him... Interesting to say the least.

I didn't really believe this until today when Daryl Ruiter basically said he's heard the same "Dru Joyce text" story from 3 different people in the last 12 hours.

It's still just a rumor but he's a good reporter imo.

For some reason I believe that dude. He's got a shit ton of followers, and tweets. So it isn't like he created an account just to troll hardcore, from scrolling his TL he also had Peyton to the Broncos before anyone else, only thing that gives me pause, is that he's hearing from "sources" not LBJ himself.
