Basically they can agree to terms or a contract, but can't actually sign a contract til the 10th.

I don't know. He's a big family guy and his kids already have a lot of ties in Ohio and live here for a large part of the year. Wojnarowski just confirmed my suspicion that the hold up is the Cavs trying to unload another contract so we can give LeBron the max deal he wants... Hopefully, someone takes Jarrett Jack soon.
