We don't have one of those either. So what does that have to do with the conversation?

I'd call either the best or 2nd best PF in the game a dominant big man personally.

Glad people are still asking the basketball opinions of a guy who let David Kahn run his organization for 5 years.

Agreed. That came across as sour grapes. Now Love could crash & burn (highly doubtful) but, as HelloAgain said, pretty skeptical of a guys' opinion who has had about as much success as an owners as the recent owners of the Browns.

From that article, my belief is that Love just has to be a "decent" defender. He doesn't need to make the NBA All Defensive Team for the Cavs to be very successful.

And probably THE best passer, in transition, for a big man in the game, which LBJ & Kyrie should thrive off of.

We all agree kyrie sucked on defense too. Have you watched team USA though? He's playing a lot of defense. And pretty damn well. So maybe its just being around winning that brings it out?

Our owner was pretty butt hurt too when Lebron left to be fair.

Hopefully. I remember when everyone said the celtics big 3 was going to be a defensive liability, and they turned out just fine.

At pinnacle, Cavs at +282. Next highest favorite is San Antonio at +392. Cavs sitting as a strong favorite with better than even money of reaching the NBA finals. I think the defense will be fine. People like Love and Kyrie will step that end up because they have the opportunity of winning it all.

Our owner also found out his star player was leaving on national TV in exchange for 2 mid 20's first round draft picks 5 years later. Glen Taylor got back to back #1 overall picks, the best prospect since Lebron, and a talented PF in Thaddeus Young for a player who informed the Wolves he was leaving after this year anyway.

As far as his comments, I don't disagree entirely but Love might change his defensive attitude when playing on a high profile team with the best player in the world.

Wiggins is not the best prospect since Lebron. He wasn't even a sure thing number 1 pick in his own draft. He is probably pretty close to the top 10 since Lebron.

I'm getting annoyed that tickets haven't become available yet. Any timetable on when we can expect them to be available?

Possibly, wasn't his best game last year when he played in the All-Star Game and was the MVP? I'm guessing he hits another level when he feels like he has legit skill around him.

It's got to be tough to get in the mind to play hard nosed defense night in and night out when your team stinks. I've never really thought about it but I wonder how many all defensive team guards weren't on pretty good teams.

He's got the athletic ability to play lock down d so I believe he can turn it around.

Kyries defense might improve on a great team (ie, team USA), but it appears Mr. Top 26's does not...

Wasn't Kyrie the one getting the blow-by in that clip?

He was obviously gambling and going for a steal. That's not getting blown by. That's gambling unsuccessfully.

An uncontrolled close-out is 10x better than standing in one spot, not helping, continuing to not move while your player floats to the corner, still not moving an inch as your player catches and makes a 3.

I mean, thats despicable effort in a rec league lol. And I like Harden.

Oh, OK. That's significantly better defense, then.
