I'm not sure I've ever seen such a prominent combo of incredible shooting with abysmal everything else.

I've been to 40+ UK games and they've never chanted SEC once. Maybe tonight was the first time, but I highly doubt it.

Butler loses a must-win game to Providence at Hinkle. The Bulldogs are about to embark upon the Big East gauntlet -- Xavier, @Seton Hall, @Georgetown, Creighton, Seton Hall, @Marquette and St. John's -- where 11-4 and recently ranked can quickly turn into 12-10 and in the NIT.

It's not as if the cabinet is bare in Indianapolis. Butler has talent. One can't help but think of where Butler might be right now under the watch of Brad Stevens.

I thought it was SEC, but my roomie who is a big UK fan said they were saying "go Big Blue" which on second view was actually what they were saying.

They don't chant SEC at UK games. Every other SEC school hates UK basketball.

That's why I don't watch nearly as much basketball as I used to. It seems so poorly played a lot of the time. The guy clearly wanted to shoot a 35 footer for the win.
