We are just 10% of the way into the season, but Stanton is on pace right now to drive in 248 runs.

To have 26 RBI already by game 17 is ridiculous.

Miami is going to have to trade him, and the big market teams are probably kicking themselves for not trying to buy low on him after a down season last year.

Kid looks poised to be a monster this year, and the cost of acquiring him is only going to get that much more expensive considering he's still only 24 and just entering his prime.

Well, maybe the rule was well-rooted. This is Astros prospect Delino DeShields Jr. after being hit in the face with a pitch...

Most of the time he plays like there is no tomorrow.....manager won't let him get away with what a lot of the stars do.

He has just a ridiculous arm. Easily my favorite player to watch outside the Tribe.

Nice small brawl in Pittsburgh today. Couple players will be getting suspended for throwing punches.

Snyder gave Gomez a push type tackle but when Snyder got up someone drilled Snyder....could only see the back of his head (looked like Mike Cameron, but obviously not).....whoever it was got him flush.

Yea whoever the bald guy was. I'd guess Snyder and gomez both get something too. Gomez definitely threw a punch or two. Snyder sort of just pushed gomez while he was off balance. But he came out of nowhere to go after him.

Snider definitely. Gomez definitely. Martin Maldinado should also be definitely, as he was the guy who sucker-punched Snider.

None of the 3 replays showed whether or not his hand stayed in tact with the base or if the glove was still on when it may have momentarily left....ump was right there.

Regardless.....I enjoyed the RF play, not the call.

Very few announcers that I enjoy to listen to more than Marty, but Scully is one of them.
Number of years ago XM radio only would carry teh feed of the home team and some of those announcers were just tough to listen to. Scully and Uecker were fun to listen to

The Chicago Cubs celebrated the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field today in perfect Cubs fashion.

They gave up five runs in the top of the 9th to lose 7-5 to the D'Backs.

LOLCubs.
