And the 4th no hitter of the MLB season it is!mhs95_06;1649663 wrote:Phils going to the bottom of the 9th in Atlanta trying for a combined pitcher no hitter. Hamels went the first 6 taking 108 pitches in walking 5 and hitting 1. Revere has 25% of his season's RBIs in this game.

In looking at Dunn's history I totally had forgotten he went to Wash for two seasons. I was looking up his record in Az as I know he went there for a postseason push but they were under .500 in the 43 games after he was traded to them and they missed it.

He took a low pitch and on the outer 1/3 of the plate and hit the fucking Marlin 3/4 way up that damn thing in CF....

Tigers and Royals start a 3 game series tonight and MNF is Lions and Giants. Both games are sold out which is going to be an absolute nightmare downtown

Being in Detroit is an absolute nightmare under the best of situations, so I can only imagine how bad this will be.Classyposter58;1651965 wrote:Tigers and Royals start a 3 game series tonight and MNF is Lions and Giants. Both games are sold out which is going to be an absolute nightmare downtown

The Adam Dunn Curse in Oakland.......
He didnt win in cincy, was sent to Arizona during the heart of a pennant race and they went below .500 while he was there. Wash improved by 11 wins the season he left, White Sox have sucked and now Oakland is in the middle of a huge slump and could be the first team to miss the playoffs in the WC era that had the best record at the AS brek.

5 one run losses in their last 6 games. Even the Reds are impressed with that.thavoice;1652442 wrote:The Adam Dunn Curse in Oakland.......

Debate on MLB Net right now, would you be comfortable with a player winning a Gold Glove while leading his position in errors?

If it was Simmonds or Hechavaria and the other was in the AL...yes

No. To me, a gold glove winner should be a guy who makes all the routine plays, makes the harder plays look routine and also makes the spectacular plays. If he leads his position in errors...I just dont see how he could be the right winner.sportswizuhrd;1652856 wrote:Debate on MLB Net right now, would you be comfortable with a player winning a Gold Glove while leading his position in errors?
Are they discussing anyone in particular?
