It's a cousin. When he was being recruited I thought it was his son.vball10set;1641633 wrote:Too bad for the young man, and I didn't even know Polamalu had a kid that old!

Nope. I meant to say his son and I was wrong.mcburg93;1641632 wrote:It is not Troys son. He has two sons one born in 08 and the other born in 2010. I am assuming you meant to say its his cousin.

Sleeper is trying to determine if it will be by 6 TD's. Can you answer that for him?

Anyone going to this game and familiar with the area?
I have some OSU friends going from DC. I probably wouldn't go to the game, just tailgate, party, etc. Now I'm debating if I want to spend Labor Day weekend in Baltimore. I've never been.

Not going to the game, but have been to Baltimore 4-5 times in the last couple years since a friend moved to the area. Have gone to a couple Browns/Ravens games and tailgaited and had a blast. There is plenty to do around downtown/inner harbor/fells point. There are also alot of great craft breweries in and around Baltimore if you are into that. You could also go check out the Naval Academy and Annapolis, great city and about 30-40 minutes away.Automatik;1641711 wrote:Anyone going to this game and familiar with the area?

If you are going to ask a question related to my statement, please get the statement right. I said 6 TD's by half.Con_Alma;1641689 wrote:Sleeper is trying to determine if it will be by 6 TD's. Can you answer that for him?

I'm looking forward to this thread dying after we beat that ass.
Then we can discuss a formidable opponent.

My appologies. I thought you posted 40 points by half and win by 6 TDs.
Edit.
I made my mistake because of this post.
Later on you stated 6 TD lead by the half.sleeper;1641779 wrote:Con_Alma thinks Navy has a chance when the reality is what you just posted. It'll be 42 - 0 after the first half and then Urban will put the cheerleaders in for the rest of the game.

They scored 36 combined offensive points against Western Michigan, South Florida, Notre Dame and Purdue. They scored 34 on offense against Ohio State....vball10set;1641484 wrote:MSU averaged 30 points a game last year...next?

Well let me set the record straight. I have now updated my prediction and OSU will be up by 7 TDs at halftime. The halftime score will be 49-0. In the second half, we'll throw out some high school players and a couple female cheerleaders and the final score will be OSU 63 - Navy 5(since we will have women out there). Is that clear?Con_Alma;1641879 wrote:My appologies. I thought you posted 40 points by half and win by 6 TDs.

...very clear...and you'll be wrong. Coach Meyer won't play high school players but thanks for the clarification.

"...Head coach Ken Niumatalolo said Polamalu had retired voluntarily after consulting with his family about an undisclosed medical issue. Niumatalolo said the problem did not involve repeated concussions.
Polamalu underwent a battery of tests last week, all of which came up negative, and was cleared by team doctors to resume playing, Niumatalolo said.
“Everything medically was cleared so Maika decided to come back and we’re happy that he’s back,” Niumatalolo said...."

The most worthless of the military branches. Will be a pleasure to watch OSU blow out these combat dodgers on Aug 30th.

You think Marines and SeALs dodge combat? Interesting.HelloAgain;1643117 wrote:The most worthless of the military branches. Will be a pleasure to watch OSU blow out these combat dodgers on Aug 30th.
Of the 28 seniors graduating from last years football team, 15 are in direct combat roles. Service selection is based on class rank at the time of graduation.

I wouldn't go that far. The Navy has a purpose especially Marines who do most of our operations these days instead of the conventional military.HelloAgain;1643117 wrote:The most worthless of the military branches. Will be a pleasure to watch OSU blow out these combat dodgers on Aug 30th.
But yes, I agree. I can't wait to blow them out the water.
