The top comment in one of those made me LOL:

Didn't see the interview, but read about it. Sounds like it was awkward, but Bode also came to the defense of the reporter. Sounds like he is not bothered by it, so that's really all that should matter, IMO.

Yeah, I think NBC is more to blame. That interview happened hours before it was aired, yet they still chose to air it, and I'm sure they were pushing the interviewer with what kind of questions to ask and to be persistent.

Unfortunately this is what it's come to. Journalists in these situations are so intent on getting the most sensationalistic reactions from their interviewees that they don't care how far they go--imo, there is no "line" anymore--everything is fair game.

I wouldn't call her overrated. She had gold in Beijing until she clipped the next to last hurdle.

Regardless of how close she was, we currently are tied in medal count.

The women's bobsled team blows, had the lead going into the last run and Canada brings it while ours sucks it up, hits the wall twice and loses it. So not clutch

Haha he's also in his 6th Olympics. Like he's either on or off, just look at his first slalom run, absolutely horrible

"Ha ha," he is the oldest skier to ever win a medal, but yeah very overrated...

Also since when does going to 6 Olympics make you overrated? Logic fail. You never fail to bring the lulz.
