One time when I was umping a Little League game, another official came in and changed my out call to safe, I was pretty mad too.

Ha! Were you an adult or HS kid at the time?
When I was coaching HS aged baseball I twice successfully a called changed. They were times though when the first baseman was pulled off the base by the throw and the base umpire wasnt in position to see it. I learned though that you have to do it, well, nicely, or the base umpire wont even ask the home plate guy for help.
