He has zero coaching experience. Zero. No chance I want him anywhere close. You know Troy Smith was a hell of a competitor, a Heisman winner, should we bring him as an an assistant coach? This. Smith isn't close to being ready to be an OC. Warinner has done an unbelievable job with the line since his time at OSU. Not sure how I feel about Herman staying on. Too tough of a question for me. Troy Smith is probably my favorite OSU player of all time though.
