^ This is refreshing too. Running in the real cold feels good. Breathing in that pure air.

As soon as we get a real snow fall I'll be out running. The "crunch crunch crunch" sound is practically all you hear.
* The world seems quieter during a snow fall.

Hate running in the cold, because of the wrestler in me. I hate cold sweats.

When running for wrestling we used to go out into the cold and run....then come back inside the hot school and keep running. It seemed as if it was 100 degrees inside and our bodies felt like they were sweating way more. Lol

That's because when ever you ran it prob' was to lose that last pound. You already felt like shit. Last thing ya wanted to do is run.

Ya may enjoy a long slow jog nowadays.

Did you have to cut much? If so, most likely when ever you ran it prob' was to lose that last pound. Most likely you already felt like shit and last thing ya wanted to do is run.

No doubt. Get your core temperature elevated outside then come inside where it's warm and continue.

Gotta heck of a deal and now have a sauna in the garage. Feels even better running in the cold knowing theirs a sauna at home.
Now I just need a jacuzzi.

I didnt have to cut much weight. I go out for long runs all the time. When it's cold though I stick to the treadmill.

That's because you're only running to the fridge to get another beer because you're an alcoholic.
