I hate the summer. Ohio is hot and stupid. Cold weather I can tolerate, but I hate days like today where my car needs cleaned off before I can drive to work.

It's like I have to get annoyed only to drive to work and get more annoyed.

I miss just cruising down the road with the windows down, and spending time out on the back deck relaxing in the summer, and I hate just about everything about winter.

I'll miss running outside. When it gets below 40 degrees I turn into a girl and have to run inside. But the winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE) are far better than the summer ones (Memorial Day, 4th of July)

What I will miss about summer is working in the garden and yard work, outdoor shooting range, sleeping on the patio, cookouts and killing bees with my co2 pistol off the back patio.

Winter time I love a big fire in the family room fireplace, different types of hot soups, watching our old dog play in the snow, being snowed in for a few days. Christmas and Thankgiving are great with having all the family home.

Things I like:
Watching college basketball.
Playing darts at my one friend's, since that's something done when the garage door is down.
Putting off getting out of bed to hilarious degrees because I'm super-warm and comfy under blankets.

Things I don't like:
Snow, ice, cold weather and other related weather stuff.

I live in a pretty rural area. Believe me...there's A FUCKING LOT than can go wrong with yoga pants and tights around these parts. We're talking What Has Been Seen Cannot Be Unseen/Brain Bleach territory.

I dont like the extreme hot or cold, give me fall any day! However, I do enjoy the winter holidays more than any other, so bring on the snow.

I have always preferred cold over hot. As I get older that may change.
You can always put on another layer but can only take so many off.
