My source, outside of using Wiki to prove it, is that my family owns the Fort Wayne Coney Island that Wikipedia is referencing in that first paragraph. Order a Coney Dog with Cheese outside of Cincy, and they will say, "so you want a Chili Dog with Cheese???"
