Whats with these refs and waiting to see if the player misses a layup before they call a foul? Thats 3 or 4 times at least

NBA refs, along with the constant flopping and coaches/players complaining and jockeying for the next call.....I just can't watch

Constantly asking for fouls from the ref is THE most annoying thing.
Literally every single time down the court someone looks at the ref and says something.
