They didn't have anything to be "right" about. All they did was bring up a 3 year old story. No new info, no breaking info, no new investigation. Just an old story.
No one denied the original story. So what were they "right" about?

Though who is nobody? Who was wrong? That is the question. Believe it or not, the university is the only one taking action. Still no charges have been pressed. So rewind back to 4 years ago. The police investigate, no charges are filed. Case is dropped. There was no action needed by the University. For some reason the case is reopened, still no charges, but University obviously feels there is enough evidence to expel him.
