I started doing rowing now (30 mins or slightly more on good days) and it's a great work out. It's great cardio/back/legs & doesn't seem to bother my knees.
I do more of my lifting 2 days a week ( Wed & Sat) chest and arms then but the rowing machine is a great work out for me & hoping I can get it up to an hour at some point.
I had actually started doing squats again and it made my knees feel better. The issue I started having after squats was pain in some internal organs. I have scoliosis that wasn't diagnosed until I was in my late 30's. Doc said my spine is kind of like a corkscrew. Don't know if this could be pressing against the organs are what but I wasn't messing around with it anymore.

Squatting with the right form and depth is actually good for you.

It's funny, you see a 2-year old, they can sit in a full squat with their ass on their heels and sit there for an hour. Most adults can't even hit parallel. To argue that it's harmful for the knees never made sense to me.

I tore my PCL and Meniscus in college, and several yrs later was having all kind of knee problems. Thought it was related to my knee injury, but I was feeling it in both knees. I thought about going to a specialist until a friend recommended that I roll my IT Bands. First time I did it, it brought tears to my eyes for how bad it hurt, but it worked. Several days later my knee pain was gone and I could do stair runs again. I roll them every day pretty much and knee issues are gone.

Some say that children sitting specific ways, maybe even squatting, actually hurts their legs for the future. It's hard to say, one way or the other, but it does make some sense.

Well, I can see that. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to do it. Human beings should be able to do the equivalent of getting into a full depth squat with some resistance. It's not like someone doing a squat workout is sitting in that position for hours at a time.

Anyone trying to cut, make sure you have Taurine when taking Clenbuterol. I ran out and have had to wait 5 days for it to be shipped. Brutal cramps, even with almost 2 gallons of water a day!

I've taken it many times before. Usually pretty low doses. But yes, can be dangerous.

It's a stimulant and thermogenic used most commonly for cutting weight.

A lot of the dangers are reported with high doses, but more importantly, prolonged use. It's not the kind of thing you're going to use more than maybe 4-6 weeks at a time

It's dangerous like Ephedra, so it really isn't...

It's classified as a research chemical. So yes, you can buy it legally in the US. Gray area thing, like HCG, Aromatase inhibitors, peptides, etc. Similar to pro-hormones, probably will end up being banned eventually.

Just got back from a lenghy snowboard trip.

Rode 5 days in a row, minimal soreness. Fucking killed it.

Prepping paid off. Thanks interval stairmaster sessions and tons of lunges!

3 days at Breck, 1 Vail, 1 Beaver Creek. Last year 3 days straight killed me, so I vowed to not let that happen this year.

Snowboarding, last year was my first time out west.

You're right though. It's nice to not have to worry about random ice patches sending you flying out of control.

Don't know about the Nitro XL but I'm pretty skeptical when someone says an HGH enhancer (Growth Factor 9) in a pill form works well. HGH is usually more effective via injection.

Want to get the biggest boost to HGH without injecting it?

Go to sleep when the sun goes down...and sleep until the sun goes up. Don't expose your eyes to any blue light or wireless internet within 2 hours of going to sleep and sleep in a pitch black room with black out curtains. Basically, optimize your sleep to the extreme, which 99.9% of people don't do.

If I was going to use HGH (which is impossible to find, even with the most reputable underground labs), it would be for spot injection for an injury. It's not going to do a whole lot for your gym performance.

Anyone that has an injury or needs recovery, try using TB500. It's an injected, water-based peptide that I've used twice with different injuries and it's a lifesaver. It helped me recover wounds from a pretty serious surgery in half the time I should've normally done so.

I'd be scared to put any supplement in my body that was not like whey, flax, glucosamine, or fish oil.

You can get it now through anti-aging clinics. It's expensive as Hell and I think you have to inject it every 2-3 days.
