When I was a beginning runner I would stop and walk home if my battery died in my MP3 player. One time it was just a block into the run!

Here is my issue (that I've created in my head). I usually have a day like this:

Wake up at 5:00
Workout at 5:45 - 6:15
Work from 8:00 - 3:30
Time where I should work out
Referee - leave anywhere b/t 4:30-5:30, get home anywhere b/t 9:30-11:00.

What I've considered doing is just staying longer in the a.m. on two days a week and get my lift in then, so I don't have to worry about it after work.

So the T25 has no weight bearing part of it? I've done insanity, plenty of chest and core there, but thought it lacked the arms.

Today was the first part of the workout with any weight added (basic arm stuff). I'd like to get the point where I'm doing the T25 solely for cardio portion, and lifting (heavy) for... well... that portion.

I mean, I'm not overly pissed at myself for not lifting, b/c I AM working out every day, and that's better than probably 95% of the population. But I still want to find the will power to go and make myself get some lifts in. I may start staying extra some mornings and trying to get 30 minutes of lift in, after the T25. In my opinion, that would be the best scenario.

Do a two day split, upper and lower. I've had a similar problem where I just couldn't find the time. I then focused on the weekends. I would lift every Saturday and Sunday, then one or 2 days during the week if able. It wasn't ideal, but better than nothing.

I'll use the beach body cardio twice a week (T,R) and lift three days (M,W,F).

When I was doing Insanity, I had to pick & choose which workouts to do as my "cardio' because it was messing with my weight workouts.

I lift everyday at lunch w/ two coworkers. At night I either get in a nice sprint workout outside or do a P90X/Insanity/Spartacus etc. cardio based workout in, depending on weather.

I try and go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Go 50 times every 6 months and i get a $200 check from my health insurance. $400 a year covers my gym membership.

20 oz rockstar, 1 scoop of C4, 1 scoop of Jack3d. Iced coffee and gallon of water intra-workout. No wonder I have trouble sleeping sometimes...

Why do you need to drop it quickly?

Didn't they change the formula to jack3d?

Yes. Don't quote me on this but I think there was an ingredient in it that was supposedly causing strokes.

Not sure exactly, but I've heard about formula and label changes from it before. I have only used it for a year though. I've used C4 and other things much longer.

BR, it's funny you say that because I bought a kilo of bulk caffeine and sometimes just toss that into a vitamin water or something. Dangerous shit because 1/6 of a teaspoon is 200 mg. Screw up the dosage and you're fucked.

Jack3d definitely changed their formula. What was changed slips my mind, but the new one doesn't get me going like the old.

I've heard good things about C4, also Muscle Pharm's preworkout. I'm out of the supplement game, but I may go back soon.

My girlfriend's son uses C4. I've never tried it. The whole nitric acid "gives you a good pump" thing is bullshit to me. Have never gotten a pump off of it but it is a great stimulant to wake you up for workouts. I've always gotten best results off of NO Xplode. Jack3d never really did anything for me.

I've tried pre-workout 4 different times (120ish workouts) and have never noticed any difference in my results. Just makes my hair stand on end.
