Magic Bullet, Nutribullet or Ninja Bullet are my options. What say you OC?

I'm leaning towards the Nutri.
I am in the market also: Thinking after research between the Nutri ($100) or the Ninja QB1004 ($60). I am leaning Nutri.

Yeah lots of reviews say the Magic Bullet has a weak motor.

The Nutri is 600 watt.

Nutri Pro is the beast at 900 watts. I'm not trying to drop that much on it though..

One of the best raw powerlifters out there. Pretty scary knee injuries.

Creator of "The Cube Method", which I was running myself for about 10 weeks, until a very similar injury. Of course, Brandon's was with 750 lbs on his back, but still. I tore my right meniscus and 2 ligaments in the left knee. Debating surgery now, otherwise, it's never going to be the same I fear.

For those of you that have completed P90X, did you follow the nutrition guide they provide for you as well?

Not at all. I do like the simplicity of Michi's ladder as a basic premise.

No way. Use the nutrition guide book as extra kindling to feed the fireplace. Gotta stay warm in the winter!

With a program like that, you get what you put into it, IMO. It wouldn't be something at all I'd recommend to someone to get strong and in-shape. However, it's the same as anything else. If that's your thing and you enjoy it, you will get great results. The nutrition part though, there are so many other approaches I'd take before some of the stuff they recommend. From what I recall, it's basically right out of the USDA FGP and contains many of the same nutrition myths that have been busted.

Eat real food, limit the processing and eliminate eating chemicals. Limit carbs to just what you need to fuel your training. Become metabolically flexible and be able to adapt to your environment. Those would be the basics I'd tell anyone, after that, a lot of it is preference in-terms of what you consume.

Got great results first time I did P90X. Follow the program and eat right you'll see results. I didn't follow the nutrition guide, I followed my own.

Anyone have P90X3? Wondering how they get warm up, stretch, workout, and cool down in 30 minutes.

Don't quote me on this but I think the warm up/cool down on these new 30 min. and under workouts are non existent. The 10 minute torchers that I have and the Gladiator workouts are just the workouts no warm up/cool down periods.

P90X3 has about a 3 min warmup and the first few exercises of the workout are more of a dynamic stretch/warmup as well. The cool down is not counted in the 30 mins so really the workout is 35 mins approximately.

Bump.

Workouts have been here and there as basketball winds down. Have tried some of the t25 sets, and they're not too bad.

I got diagnosed with a labrum tear today. So fucking pissed, hopefully rehab can fix it.

Regardless, I'm joining a new gym within the next few weeks. It's been months off, I'm losing my mind.

That sucks man, hope you get better soon. I joined a gym about a month/half ago that my boss goes to. He's been putting me through the ringer plus I'm still doing my workouts at night. Getting all diced up for summer!!! LOL!!!

Sucks terribly. I was pretty much injury free my entire life. Now I'm on end of my recovery for my 2nd wrist surgery in 3 years. Starting PT for that next week, then I get hit with this labrum bullshit.

I'm just glad there is some type of closure and I know what is wrong with it. I thought it was bursitis the whole time.

I'm going to have to revamp the way I work out in the coming weeks, so that should be fun. I'm anxious to join a new gym in a new area and check out the sights.:)

Two weeks into P90X3. Pretty interesting. Goes by quick and the desire to skip just is not there. The yoga is great, best yoga DVD I've come across.

Yeah. I do a lot of walking, but when it's really cold out, I've found that walking around the house to two tunes by Rihanna can really get it going..........Where Have You Been and We Found Love.......(p.s. - I use a Nike Fuel Band and have lost 30 pounds since July)
