lol, if my office wasn't a small one, I'd be thinking we're co-workers and just didn't know it or something. A couple of us refer to the rest of them as "grazers" because they constantly have chocolate treats and candy snacks around to just sort of constantly nibble from all day long every damn day.
Like, I don't do fasting or anything like that, but I am very good at controlling when I eat meals. If I get drunk and have a snack at night due to that, I have no problems with skipping breakfast. And I can go between lunch and dinner without needing to eat any snacks. Hunger is just a feeling. It is possible to quash it and not give in to every single damn impulse if you have any will power.
I think my favorite is the "I need to eat because I'm stressed!" line. Especially coming from people who are stressed simply because they're idiots as far as time management goes. Yes, you will have periods of being balls-to-the-wall stressed out at work...if you're the sort of person who loves to waste tons of time on stupid BS and only focuses when you have to.
I'm pretty sure it's not a coincidence that the people I find to be really stupid as far as regular day-to-day eating habits go to also be stupid as far as other things go.
