It's not like 1 seeds haven't lost in the 2nd round before. Hell, Kansas as a 1 seed got lit up by fucking Ali Farokhmanesh is the second round 3 years ago and they rebounded just fine.Ironman92;1412828 wrote:This should be the end of the shit schedules being 1 seeds.
Everyone and their mother had Gonzaga losing in the Sweet 16, I think, so it didn't hurt people too bad.Crimson streak;1412848 wrote:Who had witchita over gonzaga? This guy

lol fair enough. Since all brackets are hot garbage this year, you have to be happy with the little victories.Crimson streak;1412857 wrote:Yeah but I just wanted to be that guy

True. We all knew they were going out first, but like I said most people had it pegged at Sweet 16 or Elite 8Ironman92;1412863 wrote:Yeah....but those were all fairly shocking, Gonzaga losing was not at all. About 2 out of every 3 years a #1 loses in that round, but you never knew which #1 it would be.
This is setting up for OSU more than any region ever.

I had Gonzaga losing to Wisconsin in the Sweet 16, oops.
Me. But not before the tourney. Only after Thursday lolCrimson streak;1412848 wrote:Who had witchita over gonzaga? This guy
It does not happen 2 out of every 3 years. lol. Not even close.Ironman92;1412863 wrote:Yeah....but those were all fairly shocking, Gonzaga losing was not at all. About 2 out of every 3 years a #1 loses in that round, but you never knew which #1 it would be.

EDIT: #1 seeds have failed to reach the S16 only 14 times. They have succeed 98 times.
88% of the time the 1 seed makes the S16.
Additionally, as in tonight, they 54-4 against the 9 seed. It is a shock WHENEVER a 1 looses this early, except this year with Gonzaga.
What??Ironman92;1412882 wrote:Well, first of all I meant 1 out of every 3 years which is close. That's 1/12. I'd take the 54-4 more seriously if the #8 seeds beat the #9 seeds 75% of the time.
